Welcome to TravelFrame! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TravelFrame Cloud, website, and related services. By buying a license to the TravelFrame Cloud or using TravelFrame, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TravelFrame is a travel tracking platform that allows users to log trips to document their travel experiences. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to buy a TravelFrame Cloud License.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, especially of your license number, and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account in the payment form.

3. User Content and Privacy

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, countries and dates you enter in the TravelFrame Cloud.
  • License: By uploading/enterig User Content, you grant TravelFrame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
  • Privacy: Because TravelFrame processes location data and personal information, your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and protect your data.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source code or user data from TravelFrame.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms TravelFrame or its users. You may also delete your account at any time through PayPals abo managment or by writing an email to us at info@travelframe.de.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • „As Is“ Basis: TravelFrame is provided on an „as is“ and „as available“ basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • Data Loss & Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost travel data. We recommend keeping backups of your important information.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelFrame and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or via email. Your continued use of TravelFrame after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
